• Lead or assist in federal and state government investigations, including interviews and document analysis.

• Work directly with senior attorneys, partners, and clients on case strategy and execution.

✅ Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Admission to practice in Washington, D.C., New Jersey, or New York.

• Minimum of four years of experience in health care law and/or white-collar litigation.

• Expertise in the False Claims Act, Antikickback Statute, and Stark Law.

• Prior experience handling federal enforcement actions is highly preferred.

• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing ability.
