Skilled Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 F&O (Financial Accounting required). The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate detailed user stories and propose effective dynamics and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and articulate detailed user stories and functional designs.
• Implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Preferrable to have experience in Dynamics 365 Customer service (case management)
• Provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
• Preferable to have D365 customer service experience.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities and functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate detailed user stories and propose functional designs.
• Experience in project management and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
• Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules and integrations.
• Knowledge of automotive industry best practices and trends.

Consulting Background:

• Proven experience in a consulting role, preferably within a reputable consulting firm.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience in delivering high-quality consulting services and achieving client satisfaction.
