Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff members
- Drive membership sales and retention strategies
- Ensure the club meets Anytime Fitness standards of excellence in service and cleanliness
- Foster a positive and inclusive club culture
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus
- Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills
