Job Description
Our manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Electromechanica l Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role offers competitive pay, a generous sign-on bonus, ongoing quarterly incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
This is a night shift position in Hazleton, PA . 7PM-7AM working 2 days, off 2 days, 3 days on, 3 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in alignment with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's quality system, procedures, and philosophy.
- Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery, including motors and control systems.
- Apply expertise in industrial computerized controls such as: PLC, Variable speed drives, Sensors (photoelectric, proximity, pressure, level), Limit switches, contactors, starters.
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks.
- Document repairs, observations, and labor details.
- Interpret operational data and maintenance reports to recommend improvements.
- Requisition repair parts and manage contractors in design, engineering, and construction.
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and other departments to optimize plant operations.
