Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. As demand for our innovative products continues to grow, we’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support our Maintenance Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-paced, dedicated team. We’re willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks involving the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Assist with ductwork and pipe fitting projects.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain power tools, fans, valves, motors, and related equipment.
• Install, modify, maintain, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems, make-up air units (MUA), and low-pressure boiler systems.
• Report abnormal or unsafe conditions to the Team Leader promptly.
• Maintain the overall condition of grounds, facilities, and mechanical systems to ensure appearance, function, and safety—this includes basic plumbing and light electrical work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a demonstrated equivalent technical background.
• Technical school certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, climb, and reach overhead throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working at heights over 20 feet.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic; willingness to work overtime when needed.

Compensation:

$24.00 – $33.00 per hour

Starting pay is based on individual skills, experience, and alignment with job responsibilities.
