Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Tech (1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available)

Pay: $30-38/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanics to join our team on 1st and 2nd shifts. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of packaging and production equipment. This includes formers, closers, conveyors, and robotic systems, as well as performing comprehensive electrical diagnostics and wiring repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on packaging equipment such as formers, closers, and conveyors
• Perform troubleshooting and repair on robotic systems and automated equipment
• Conduct detailed electrical diagnostics, including wiring, component testing, and panel work
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
• Familiarity with robotic systems is a plus
