Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing and a proven track record in leadership and production supervision. This role requires expertise in industrial equipment, mechanical assembly, and a commitment to safety and preventive protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery.
- Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing and production supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical assembly.
- Experience with gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Experience with Fanuc Robots is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
