Maintenance Engineer:

We need you to:

1. Assist the overseas sales and technical team in conducting on-site or video surveys of customer workplaces and support in preparing site improvement proposals;
2. Support in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning under the supervision of senior technicians;
3. Assist in providing training to clients on scanner operation, software usage, and 3D printer operation;
4. Provide basic technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff;
5. Follow up with customers under guidance, and assist in troubleshooting processes;
6. Help in documenting and properly recording all incidents and technical issues;
7. Support in developing service procedures and documentation for technical support processes;
8. Assist in day-to-day service activities and project coordination;
9. Learn and adhere to company standards, policies, and best practices to provide high-quality support;
10. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities to build technical skills.

We would like you:

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken;
3. Willingness to travel domestically if required;
4. Strong interest in technical support and maintenance;
5. Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus;
6. Familiarity with schematic diagrams and PLC is preferred but not required;
7. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
10. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
