We are seeking a highly skilled Magento Front-End Developer to design and implement visually appealing, interactive, and high-performance e-commerce web pages. In this role, you will collaborate with creative, product, and technical teams to build custom pages, widgets, and components that enhance the user experience across desktop and mobile devices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, brings deep expertise in Magento/Adobe Commerce front-end development, and is passionate about optimizing UI/UX for conversion and accessibility. You will manage multiple projects, ensure coding standards, and continuously propose improvements to maintain a seamless, responsive, and user-friendly website experience.

Accountabilities

· Develop and implement custom front-end components using HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript, RequireJS, jQuery, and jQuery UI.

· Build visually compelling pages and widgets aligned with brand standards and UX best practices.

· Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers to ensure functional, responsive, and ADA-compliant web pages.

· Optimize website performance and page conversion through A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and tracking tools.

· Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira for project tracking and collaboration.

· Collaborate closely with creative, product, and technical teams to deliver cohesive web experiences.

· Manage migration of pages and components from staging to production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in Magento/Adobe Commerce front-end development.

· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript, RequireJS, jQuery, and jQuery UI.

· Knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce frontend workflow, UI components, JS components, and layout directives.

· Experience interfacing with APIs (SOAP, REST) and connecting front-end to back-end data points.

· Solid understanding of UX design principles, responsive layouts, and ADA compliance.

· Experience with version control, QA processes, and web performance optimization.

· Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

· Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Photoshop is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
