Our client, a premier California law firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support their private labor and employment team.
Will be working in single plaintiff claims and actions, and class and representative actions.
Varied responsibilities, including, managing assigned cases from inception through discovery, trial and post trial, assisting with trial prep, performing document review and production, conducting legal research, and preparing timelines, chronologies, and summaries of depositions.
Proficiency using Excel with the ability to perform data entry, formatting, formulas, and tabs is highly desired.
Labor & Employment experience is preferred.
