Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have requested information about our services (no cold calling)
Assess clients' needs and provide them with tailored insurance solutions
Walk clients through the process of completing necessary paperwork
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Ensure follow-up and communication with clients is timely and thorough

Customer service or sales experience (1+ years preferred)

$50,000–$65,000 annually , based on performance, with opportunities for additional bonuses and incentives.
