Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (every other weekend required)
Hours/Week: 37.5
Pay Rate: $1,650 per week (traveler)
Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week travel assignment at a respected long-term care and skilled nursing facility in the Utica, NY area. The LPN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents with chronic medical conditions, dementia, and other age-related needs within a supportive team environment.

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, every other weekend required
Weekly Hours: 37.5
Travelers only (must live 75+ miles from the facility); local candidates also considered.
Active LPN License in the state of New York
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, comfort, and safety
