Legal Assistant

A prestigious, global law firm based in West Los Angeles is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated Legal Assistant to join their growing team.

The Legal Assistant will support an Entertainment/Sports Partner and their team. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Heavy calendar management, including scheduling complex meetings, trials, and offsites.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Monitoring and prioritizing the Partner’s email inbox.
• Assisting with case-related work, including editing documents, assisting with research projects, and drafting letters.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks, including filing, preparing materials, maintaining contacts, etc.

Candidates must have 5+ years of administrative experience, within transactional or corporate law.
