The role requires a creative individual who can bridge gaps across different market sectors and enhance building aesthetics with landscape, hardscape, lighting, and plantings. The candidate will engage in early-stage urban planning for large development master plans and work on various projects like streetscapes, community centers, and parks. Networking and client relations are crucial, as the candidate will utilize connections to bring in new projects and build strong relations internally. The ideal candidate should be a registered architect and has 7+ years of experience, with a background in planning being a plus. The role offers great projects and room for growth.
Required Skills & Experience
• Registered Landscape Architect
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, with 12+ years of experience being ideal
• Strong background in construction administration
• Background in detailing construction documents and specifications
1 year contract to definite hire
