About the Role:

The Inkell Firm is on the hunt for a Personal Injury Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our litigation team. If you're looking to do meaningful work in a place that respects your independence, rewards your effort, and makes room for a little fun (yes, there’s an office dog!), we’d love to meet you.

This is not necessarily a business development role—though initiative is appreciated and rewarded, you’ll be provided with a steady caseload so you can focus on achieving excellent results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage your own personal injury caseload (auto, premises liability, nursing home negligence, and more)
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial/arbitration when necessary
• Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Work closely with an experienced litigation support team in a collaborative environment

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing in Delaware (or eligible for admission)
• 3–10 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
