About the Role We're hiring a Junior Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who's passionate about running, fitness, or the active lifestyle world—and ready to jump in and make a real impact from day one.

You'll support everything from content creation and digital campaigns to social media and product launches, gaining hands-on experience across a range of marketing channels. We move fast, dream big, and expect our team to bring energy, ideas, and hustle.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Create and publish content for emails, social posts, blogs, and more
• Engage with our community across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Support product launches and seasonal brand activations
• Contribute to ambassador and influencer marketing efforts
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report key metrics
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Entry Level with (including internships, freelance, or agency work)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
• Passion for the running, fitness, or athletic lifestyle world

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or other marketing tools
• Exposure to ambassador programs, content planning, or influencer outreach
• Creative eye for visuals or content direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
