About the Role
Clearstory is looking for a Junior Fullstack Software Engineer who is eager to learn, contribute across the stack, and grow within a collaborative, product-focused engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and product leaders to shape a category-defining SaaS platform transforming the commercial construction industry.

As a junior engineer, you will:

• Build features across the stack, from UI components to backend services.
• Receive mentorship and support in building technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• Gain experience with modern development workflows and SDLC in a SOC 2-compliant environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
• Exposure to backend development with Node.js , Typescript or Golang.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a startup environment.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Material UI, pub/sub messaging systems, or ETL pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative software development.

Previous experience in a startup, FinTech, or ConTech environment.
