We’re hiring a Jr. Web Copywriter for an exciting opportunity where you’ll help shape digital experiences and marketing campaigns for a leading, innovative brand.

6+ month contract - hybrid onsite in San Jose, CA.

Are you a wordsmith with a passion for user experience and marketing content? Join our client’s team as a Jr. Web Copywriter and bring your creativity and strategic mindset to the table. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing compelling microcopy, supporting marketing campaigns, and using data to refine messaging that truly resonates with users. Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Copywriting

• Write clear, concise microcopy for UI elements (e.g., buttons, labels, notifications) in alignment with brand voice and tone.
• Create intuitive, user-centered content informed by deep understanding of user goals and behaviors.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on UI copy based on user testing and feedback.
• Maintain and organize content in documentation systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Support regular content audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain quality standards.

Lifecycle Marketing

• Assist with lifecycle marketing efforts including email campaigns and in-product messaging.
• Help segment and personalize content for targeted user groups in collaboration with senior team members.
• Use marketing automation tools to execute campaigns and manage workflows.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free, on-brand content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.
