Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum showroom floors, service areas, and hallways.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
• Restock janitorial supplies as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
• Ensure outdoor areas, including walkways and parking lots, are kept clean and free of debris.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
• Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening, background and insurability checks
