We are currently partnered with a leading Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory firm specializing in automotive, heavy truck, and RV transactions is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst II to support deal execution and business development in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, build financial models, and conduct valuations.
- Prepare CIMs, pitch decks, and presentations for client engagements.
- Conduct industry research and identify potential buyers.
- Assist in due diligence and transaction execution.
- Support business development efforts with market analysis and presentations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Corporate Development, or Private Equity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
