Our client, a reputable personal injury firm located in West LA (90025), is looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 plus year of legal experience, excellent customer service skills, and can multitask. The Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for answering inbound calls / emails, making outbound calls, maintaining / updating various online databases, liaising with attorneys, and performing other administrative duties.
This role is fully onsite, paying $18 to $23 hr. depending on experience, and is temporary-to-hire. There are also bonus opportunities!
Bilingual (Spanish) - preferred.
