JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance or a related exposure area, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with agents and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) from local insurance agencies. This role involves reviewing documents carefully and managing communication effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills. The position requires hands-on computer skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance-related documents accurately and thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with agents and CSRs from local insurance agencies
• Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries and requests
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
• Collaborate closely with team members to support underwriting processes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Previous experience in insurance underwriting or a similar exposure area preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
