Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content.
- Produce engaging, learner-centric materials for instructor-led training.
- Ensure adherence to brand style, content standards, and project deadlines.
- Apply strong writing and visual formatting skills in MS Office tools.
- Provide deliverables for hybrid training environments when needed.
Skills:
- 7+ years of demonstrated instructional design experience.
- Proven ability to develop learning materials independently (work samples required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience using SnagIt and/or Snipping Tool.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
