Job Title: Industrial Technician

Location: Frederick, MD

Pay: Up to $46 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights, including weekends and overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and support a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Perform industrial maintenance on production lines, support equipment, and systems.
• Execute planned and scheduled work following best practices and established procedures.
• Apply precision maintenance techniques such as alignments, balancing, and precision measurements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and component replacements.
• Rebuild components such as pumps, air cylinders, and valves.
• Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment as emergent needs arise.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintain critical environmental and process control systems.
• Provide on-call support as needed, including occasional holiday coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate or become certified to operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, personnel lifts, etc.).
• Precision Maintenance or Reliability certifications preferred.
• Experience in electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting (up to 480V) preferred.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, stick) preferred.
• Experience with small crane operation, rigging, and hand signals preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Candidates with specialized skills in Electrical, Rigging & Crane Operation, or Welding are strongly encouraged to apply.
