Bilingual HR Generalist

$60-90k/year DOE

***Role is on-site in Ventura County

***Must be bilingual fluent - English & Spanish

***Must have Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Golden Bilingual HR Generalist opportunity! This position is accountable for overseeing Workers’ Compensation claims, injuries, litigations, and Employee Relations concerns, disputes, and resolutions. This position is responsible for the reporting, tracking, and preventing of all injuries while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment through safety trainings and employee relation activities. This role supports and collaborates with the Human Resources and Payroll to ensure that employee related processes are conducted smoothly on a daily basis. Individual must have an Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources with a focus on workers compensation and employee relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual - English / Spanish
