Hospital Liaison (RN) Responsibilities:
- As a hospital liaison (RN), you will identify and build relationships to grow the census and quality resident mix.
- You will submit a census, with a breakdown of reimbursement, and in-hospital totals twice daily.
- You will create and execute a marketing plan to increase the census.
- You will develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the facility. With a majority of time allocated to external sales development.
Requirements:
Hospital Liaison (RN) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in nursing or a related field.
- RN license in the State of Illinois
- Knowledge of sales and healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor.
