As a Home Health Care Liaison, you will establish and maintain effective relationships and communication channels between the agency, medical community, and the public. You will be a results-oriented marketer with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for healthcare, and a proven track record of success. You will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and increase patient referrals.

Position Requirement

• Maintain communication with hospitals, social services, physicians, and another person.
• Serve as a link to physicians and hospitals to identify needs and maintain relationship.
• Stay updated on trends affecting agency operations, such as Telehealth and in-home testing.
• Assist in developing connections with physicians and health providers through personal contact.
• Provide ongoing education to the agency, medical community, and the public.
• Represent the agency at public events and community activities.
• Assist the Billing Manager with retrieving Doctor's orders and 485's
• Monitor doctor and patient expectations and satisfaction.
• Facilitate information flow, problem-solving, and educational needs between the agency and clients.
• Network with physicians and other medical professionals.
• Attend staff meetings and submit weekly reports.
• Demonstrate knowledge of agency policies, procedures, and Medicare Part A and Part B.
• Develop and maintain promotional materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information and data.
