We are seeking a Full-Desk Healthcare Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—including client development, candidate sourcing, and placement.

Position Overview:

This is a 360° recruiting role where you’ll own the process end-to-end. You will not only recruit top clinical and non-clinical healthcare talent but also actively build and manage client relationships. Your success will directly impact and help healthcare facilities fill critical permanent roles with high-quality professionals.

Job Responsibilities Breakdown

Recruiting Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified healthcare professionals via job boards, social media, cold outreach, Boolean strings and networking
  • Screen candidates to assess credentials, experience, and cultural fit
  • Match candidates to permanent roles based on qualifications, preferences, and client needs
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track engagement in the ATS

Client Development & Account Management:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry research
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers
  • Conduct intake meetings to fully understand client hiring needs and workplace culture
  • Present qualified candidates and provide expert insight on market trends, salaries, and competition
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service delivery

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Healthcare agency recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in both candidate sourcing and client development
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
