We are looking for full-time team members to join our A.M. team! We are hoping to hire candidates looking for at least 30 hours a week.

At Chick-fil-A Windward Parkway/Chick-fil-A Halcyon we are always looking for top talent to join our team! Our Restaurant Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. The Back of House Team Member's responsibility is to ensure food safety and food quality while maintaining Chick-fil-A brand standards. Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, or other restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and Create Eye Contact

• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
