Front Desk Office Assistant
Location: Citrus Heights, CA
Pay: $18-$21 per hour

We are seeking a Front Desk Office Assistant to join our client in Citrus Heights. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage general inquiries
• Maintain and update records, files, and office supplies
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and administrative tasks
• Support office operations by coordinating appointments, scheduling, and handling correspondence
• Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean and presentable

• Previous experience in an administrative, front desk, or receptionist role preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
• A professional and positive attitude
