Job Description

Our client is a leading organization, actively advancing in various specialized fields within their dynamic industry. They are dedicated to excellence, and their rapid growth reflects their success. They are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who will be responsible for registering patients for hospital services, verifying insurance information, and ensuring accurate data entry to support efficient patient care and billing. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY.

Please Note : This is an overnight shift. The timeframe is 12am-8am.

Front Desk Coordinator’s Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and assist patients during the registration and admission process.
  • Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and payment information.
  • Explain hospital policies, consent forms, and financial responsibilities to patients.
  • Process necessary documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Front Desk Coordinator’s Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare registration, admissions, or medical office administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
