Summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is in search of a dedicated, customer-focused Food Runner to join our restaurant team at Maude's Lobby Bar. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and create unforgettable dining moments. As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly and enjoy top-notch service. You’ll work closely with our Food Servers to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver meals to guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
• Assist Food Servers in serving guests, maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle moderate lifting, pulling, and pushing as needed in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to exceed guest expectations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have open availability to work afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be at least 16 years of age
