Emerging broker/dealer with an exciting growth trajectory is looking to expand operations in NYC and Long Island offices.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Fixed Income Sales and Trading personnel with all levels of experience. 5+ years institutional Sales/Trading experience preferred, but junior positions will be available as well. Traders will be considered based on sector fit will be responsible for executing fixed income transactions, monitoring market trends, providing market analysis/commentary, and working with salespeople to develop and maintain client relationships. Salespeople will be considered based on demonstratable buy-side relationships and a proven history of performance. Both roles involves day-to-day interaction with clients to meet their trading and investment needs, as well as collaborating with team members to optimize trading strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance, Trading, and Investments skills
• Experience in Sales, particularly in the financial sector
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Prior experience with fixed income sales/trading is a plus
