The Finance Manager will be responsible for conducting financial modeling on various products, analyzing KPI's, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, preparing reports to present to Senior Leadership, and advising on key business decisions. Responsibilities

• Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
• Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze and provide commentary on variances
• Communicate with vendors and ensure on-time processing of vendor allowances
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years' of relevant experience
• MBA is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong quantitative financial skills
