Seeking an Family Law Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience.This is a well-established firm in the industry. This amazing opportunity is for a Family Law Associate Attorney who is ready to dive headfirst into a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!

Responsibilities:

* Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
* Review documents and conduct discovery with superior attention to detail
* Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
* Prepare for and attend motions, conferences, hearings, and trials
* Manage cases from inception to resolution under partner supervision
* Build relationships with clients and opposing counsel
* Participate in networking and business development activities

The Ideal Candidate:

* Needs to be able to work a case up with some or limited supervision from senior attorney/ partner
* 2 years of private firm Family Law experience
* Admission to California Bar- in good standing
* Experience in litigation and/or clientele development
* Strong academic and employment credentials
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
