Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Prepare and draft correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Assist with trial preparation and attend court proceedings as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a family law paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficient in using document management systems such as DropBox
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with document review processes
