We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will be the "right hand" to our leadership team, managing administrative tasks, streamlining communications, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
**Calendar Management:** Schedule meetings, manage appointments across multiple time zones, and send reminders.
**Email & Communication:** Screen and organize inbox clutter, draft professional correspondence, and respond to routine inquiries.
**Data Entry & Management:** Maintain CRM records (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce) and update internal spreadsheets with high accuracy.
**Travel Coordination:** Research flights, book accommodations, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
**Hours:** Full-time (40 hours per week).
We are looking for a full- or part-time, live-in helper to look after our two beautiful children, Noah (3 yrs) and Chloe (1yr). The nanny may be needed to also do some cleaning and meal preparation.
