We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President. This role is critical in ensuring the President’s day-to-day activities run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professionally assertive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the President’s daily and long-term schedule
  • Arrange and track travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Schedule and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and internal meetings
  • Record and distribute accurate meeting notes
  • Assist with administrative and reception duties as needed
  • Help plan and organize internal events, celebrations, and social gatherings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Important: This is an entirely on-site position in Piscataway, NJ. Remote work is not available. Salary: $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
