The company is experiencing rapid growth and this candidate would be joining our top producing sales team for fix and flips, new construction, and DSCR loans.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement, the ability to drive growth through targeted outreach and social media strategies, and assisting the Managing Director and VP of Sales with various administrative tasks. We anticipate the candidate for this role spending roughly half of their time overseeing the loan pipeline/assisting the sales team and the other half would be spent managing the client outreach process through our CRM. This will be primarily an in office position with 4 days in the office and 1 work from home day per week.

Compensation

$65,000-$75,000+ (Includes 50k-60k base + per file bonus/new client commission est. $15,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Loan Assistance:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to clients and borrowers throughout the loan process by being a point of contact for any issues (draws/payment issues/loan questions/etc)
  • Prepare and send welcome packages for closed loans to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Assist in managing the loan pipeline to ensure timely file completion to Clear to Close (CTC) status.
  • Help process loan extensions and manage interest owed on outstanding loans.

Sales Assistance:

  • Completing submissions for new loans
  • Assist in quoting DSCR and Construction loans
  • Work closely with Managing Director of Sales and VP of Sales with ad hoc projects/various tasks

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute weekly email and text campaigns
  • Assist with cold calling initiatives to expand/refine lead contact lists through company lead gen software
  • Assist in organizing and executing two events per year to support client relationships and business growth.

CRM Management

  • Assistance with Go High Level CRM to manage new client outreach
  • Help maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure smooth customer interactions and tracking of leads.

Social Media & Brand Engagement:

  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Connected Investor
  • Engage with industry professionals by following competitors’ followers and interacting with relevant posts.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, loan processing/closing role, or real estate role
