Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support senior HR leaders in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, calendar management across time zones, and communication with executives. Responsibilities include handling sensitive information, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing presentations, and supporting internal operations.
