Style Netbox is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. About the Role: As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the events team to help plan and execute a wide variety of events for our clients. Whether it's a corporate conference, promotional event, or an experiential campaign, you will be involved in every step of the process, ensuring that each event is flawlessly executed. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary event materials and services.
• Organize event logistics, including timelines, attendee lists, and promotional materials.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage communications with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all expectations are met.
• Help with budgeting and managing event expenses.
• Assist in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and suggest improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event planning software is a plus.
• A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
