The Role We are seeking a versatile
Event Designer who can translate a brand's vision into compelling, real-world experiences and event assets. This role is highly collaborative and requires excellence in print, digital, and environmental design. You’ll help shape how tens of thousands of attendees across multiple continents see and experience the Bitcoin Conference brand.
This is a
remote-first role , though you will play a critical part in bringing the brand to life on-site during our flagship events. To ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of assets, we ask that you maintain core working hours that overlap with the Central Time Zone. Some
domestic and international travel will be required for on-site design and production support.
The Work - Designing event collateral across multiple formats: signage, maps, wayfinding, logo walls, wearables, and branded activations.
- Creating both print-ready assets (with precision in file prep, naming conventions, font outlining, and formatting) and digital assets (LED displays, motion graphics, and digital signage).
- Applying UX principles to physical spaces, ensuring attendees have an intuitive and consistent journey through the event.
- Adapting the Bitcoin Conference brand to international audiences, including multi-language layouts and localized creative.
- Collaborating with marketing, production, and sponsor teams to ensure flawless execution and file handoff.
- Working under tight timelines and iterative approval processes while balancing multiple high-priority deliverables.
Your Experience - 2 - 4+ years in design roles with strong event, experiential, or brand design experience.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and stay highly organized.
- Strong eye for detail, typography, and consistency in line with brand style guides.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience with motion design and preparing files for digital signage (After Effects, media encoders) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with print production best practices (bleeds, color profiles, outlines, file prep).
- Portfolio required: please include examples of event design work—such as signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, or live activation collateral—alongside other design projects.
- Bonus: prior experience in live event design, international design formats, or bitcoin/tech conferences.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 60,000 - 103,000 USD per year(Remote)
