Job Description

My client is an Engineering and Skilled Trades Recruiting & Consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help managers complete all assigned daily tasks and operations.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced team members.
  • Participate in the company's strategic planning.
  • Understand each department's daily processes and goals.
  • Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the client's needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Communicate with clients to clearly understand their needs and goals.
  • Research, develop, and implement new leads.
  • Communicate with new prospects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven leadership throughout your academic career (on or off campus)
