Job Description

Crush City Innovations in Houston, TX is hiring entry-level marketing, customer service, and management trainees for immediate openings. This is a full-time, in-person position with comprehensive training, weekly pay, and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

Learn the ins and outs of sales and marketing strategy, customer interaction, and brand representation
Work face-to-face with customers, clients, and local businesses to drive product and service awareness
Promote products and services to customers, clients, and businesses
Act as the main point of contact for all customers
Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Learn marketing, leadership, and management fundamentals
Assist with event setup, execution, and client promotions
Develop communication and professional skills through training

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be local to Houston, TX
Must be available to start immediately
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented and coachable
Energetic, professional, and motivated
No degree required. (We value ambition, reliability, and a strong work ethic.)
