What You’ll Do in the Dispatcher Role:
✅ Receive, organize, and prioritize time-sensitive delivery orders.
✅ Coordinate drivers and routes to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries.
✅ Monitor driver progress and adjust plans in real time to overcome challenges.
✅ Communicate important details clearly to drivers and customers.
✅ Keep accurate records of all orders, routes, and delivery details.
✅ Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
✨ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience — all majors welcome!
✨ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✨ Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
✨ Confidence using technology and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.
✨ Familiarity with the Atlanta metro area and Southeast region (a plus, not required).
✨ Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record.
