Job Description

As a CPA-level accounting professional in our fast-paced and growth-driven environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, managing complex accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will focus primarily on financial oversight and strategic account management, with limited involvement in tax-related matters.

This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual who brings expertise from working within large organizations and can contribute to continuous process improvement and financial clarity.

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (On-Site)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage fixed assets, accruals, and amortization schedules.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Conduct financial analysis, including ratio analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company financial policies.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active CPA certification preferred or Chartered Accountant (CA) equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Working Conditions:

This is an on-site, in-person position based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Candidates must not have visible tattoos above the shoulders. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all company work areas, managed/owned properties, company vehicles, and within 10 feet of all entrances, exits, ramps, windows, and air-intake vents.
