Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Enterprise Security Operations Support Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Duties:

• Work with the various teams in investigating and remediating PKI and other detections
• Utilize expertise to coordinate and implement deployments and upgrades of encryption tools
• Support of PKI systems including Venafi, Vormetric, HSM and CipherTrust
• Collaborate with other security teams within the company on investigations and compliance issues
• Communicate with various teams to provide timely and accurate information and status updates
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations and IT Field Services

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience supporting Enterprise PKI systems such as: Venafi, AWS PKI, HSM, and related PKI technologies
• Strong understanding of PKI system distribution, compliance, and coverage requirements
• Ability to coordinate with and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as part of the support team
• Understanding of and adherence to ITIL best practices and change management

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
