What We’re Looking For -
We need a Working Electrical Superintendent with: Industrial Experience is a Must.
- Experience : At least 5+ years managing industrial projects.
- Hands-On Leadership : A superintendent who leads by example, rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the crew.
- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges on-site.
- Communication : Strong ability to coordinate with team members, GCs, subs, and inspectors to maintain seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying and addressing project hurdles to keep things moving smoothly.
Your Role Will Include -
- Overseeing all aspects of the job site, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals .
- Working alongside the team to complete tasks and solve technical challenges.
- Monitoring productivity and ensuring crew performance aligns with project goals.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors, to keep projects running efficiently.
- Driving a safety-first culture and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
