Job Description

As a Director of Permanent Placement Services for Robert Half Technology, you will hire, train and oversee multiple Recruiting Managers. This role also requires individual contribution responsibilities. The Director of Permanent Placement Service is responsible for incremental branch revenue growth that is consistent with Robert Half targets. Actively leads marketing activities and creates and maintains a productive business generation culture; facilitates cross-market activities for all divisions. Oversees and supervises the administrative functions of the branch office.

  • Responsible for overall branch growth via revenue generating activities/ multi-practice group performance.

The typical salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
