Position Summary:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving new business opportunities and leading the BD team to exceed sales goals. This player-coach role includes both strategic oversight and direct sales activity. The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B sales professional with experience in beauty, contract manufacturing, or a related field.
